At Rocky Mountain Water Distillers we take extreme care to provide our customers with the best value so you can the most bang for your buck. We invest time and resources to ensure that our selection, availability, delivery, and excellent customer service exceed your expectations. We want our customers to shop with confidence, knowing Rocky Mountain Water Distillers offers the best solution at the best price, so we offer all our customers a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find the same new product offered by an official Durastill endorsed competitor, within 10 days of your original order date, for a lower price (new product price plus shipping, handling, or other relevant fees), we will match the total price or refund the difference (sale or promotional prices not included). You are eligible for a price-match or refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- The company MUST be an Official Durastill or Pure Water Dealer and Distributor endorsed by the manufacturer
- Comparisons MUST include the new product price plus shipping & handling charges & other relevant fees when calculating the competitor's total price.
- Prices DO NOT INCLUDE products sold below Durastill MAP prices, products sold below cost or product prices that are based on a mathematical error on the part of our competitors
- Prices matched must be within the allowed discounting parameters mandated by some of our suppliers and vendors.
- Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical new product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
- Total price match requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at Rocky Mountain Water Distillers.
- Lowest Price Guarantee does not include Accessories
- Please note that Rocky Mountain Water Distillers only sells newly manufactured products fresh off the production line, we do not accept price match for used, re-manufactured, re-furbished, counterfeit, or outdated products.
