Shipping Policy

Rocky Mountain Water Distillers ONLY ships orders within the Continental U.S. and Alaska and Hawaii.  We DO NOT ship orders internationally.

Rocky Mountain Water Distillers ONLY offers FREE SHIPPING within the Continental U.S. or the lower 48 states. The heavy commercial water distiller systems are shipped on pallets. These include the models 4280, 8480, 42150 and 84150 systems. 99% of our large orders ship on a truck with a Lift Gate which lowers down the pallet from the truck bed to ground level. We can also ship from dock to dock if that works better for your company. 

The smaller water distillers not shipped on pallets, but are shipped in individual boxes. There will be a box for the water distiller and another box for the water storage tank. These boxes will be delivered to the doorstep of your home, business or clinic.

Since Alaska and Hawaii shipping is so expensive and fluctuates so often, ALL ALASKA and HAWAII orders must get a custom quote which includes current shipping rates. Please call us (see the phone number at the top of this page).
